Cloudtop Studios ("Cloudtop," "we," "us," or "our") operates Cloudtopstudios.com (the "Service"), a free streaming platform that delivers original animated films and shorts created for children and families. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
No account, login, or payment is required to use the Service. We are committed to collecting the minimum data necessary to operate the Service and to protecting children's privacy.

1. Who this policy is for
The Service is a free, publicly accessible animated content platform designed for children and families. No registration or account creation is required.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
- Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise their children's use of the internet, including this Service.
- The Service is available to users in the United States. We do not knowingly collect information from users outside the United States.
2. Information we collect
Because no account or login is required, we collect very limited information.
2.1 Information collected automatically
When you visit the Service, we automatically collect:

- Playback data: titles played, playback quality events, and buffering events, used solely to deliver and diagnose the streaming experience.

- Bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o.) — video delivery (CDN and Bunny Stream). Receives IP addresses and device info for routing and playback.
- Site hosting and infrastructure — providers that host our application and database.
- Error and performance monitoring — vendors that help us diagnose technical problems.
We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Cloudtop, our users, or the public.
If Cloudtop is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, and we will notify users of any such change.
We do not knowingly disclose any information about child users to third parties for those third parties' own purposes.
5. COPPA notice to parents
Cloudtop Studios is committed to protecting the privacy of children. The Service is designed to collect no personal information from children.
- No registration required. Children can watch content without creating an account, providing a name, or entering any personal information.
- No direct collection from children. We do not ask children to provide any personal information through the Service.
- Limited automatic data. We collect only the technical data described in Section 2.1 (IP address, device info, playback events). This data is used solely to operate the Service and is not used to contact or identify any individual child.
- No third-party advertising trackers. We do not use any third-party tracking tools that target children or build behavioral profiles.
- No child-directed communications. We do not send any messages, emails, or notifications to children.
- Internal operations only. Any incidental data related to child use of the Service is used only to support the internal operations of the Service, as that phrase is used in COPPA.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from your child, please contact us at privacy@cloudtopstudios.com and we will promptly investigate and delete the information.
6. Your choices and rights
6.1 Cookies
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Doing so should not prevent you from watching content on the Service.
We honor browser-level "Global Privacy Control" signals as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing where applicable.
6.2 Rights under U.S. state privacy laws
Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, and other U.S. states with privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, and request deletion.
Because we do not collect names, email addresses, or other identifying personal information, we may be unable to identify records associated with any individual. If you believe we hold personal information about you, contact us at privacy@cloudtopstudios.com with a description of your request and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 45 days, extendable by 45 more days where allowed).
7. Data security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect the information we collect, including:
- TLS encryption in transit.
- Encryption at rest for sensitive data.
- Access controls and audit logging for production systems.
- Vendor due diligence and written data-protection agreements with service providers.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal information, we will notify users in accordance with applicable law.
8. Data retention
Server logs are retained for up to 90 days and then deleted or aggregated into anonymous statistics.
Playback and session data is retained for up to 30 days for diagnostics and then deleted or aggregated.
We do not retain personally identifiable information beyond these periods.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on the Service before the changes take effect.
